Cataloging isolated and fleeting fragments of my every day through 35mm photography, I collect juxtaposed images of singular details amongst chaotic surroundings. The purpose of this archive is to formulate a representation of the world in which impressions of time are created on a base of fiction and truth. In doing so, I'm enabled to curate my own memory while reconstructing a personal reality.

I extend this visual practice in my paintings by both deconstructing and reconstructing the natural and chemical composition of diverse organic and artificial materials to produce the unseen evidence of multiple realities that exist through the constructs of various matter. I do so with the purpose of offering a different mode of imagery, of endless landscapes and of perplexing textures and space. This is done with the intention of further chipping away at the edges of perception.
